Role/ Job Title: Associate Operation Manager – Digital Lending

Function/ Department: Digital Lending

Job Purpose

The role bearer has the responsibility to handle Disbursal and Collection transaction flow.

Roles & Responsibilities

Should have a good understanding of end-to-end Disbursal and Collection transaction flow integrated via API with Partner.
Handling daily Disbursal and Collection reconciliation exceptions for various partners like Flipkart, Amazon, CRED etc.
Ensure timely receipt of complete Disbursal and Collection reports from Partner & Payment gateway.
Identifying and analyzing the root cause of transaction failure integrated with the various partners via API.
Liaison with various stakeholders in Operation, Partnership, Product & IT team for solutioning of gaps identified in order to clear the recon exceptions.
Assist in reduction of the number of outstanding items and ensure zero pendency in high ageing bucket.
Mitigating risk by prevention of potential revenue loss.
Improve customer experience by ensuring stuck transactions are resolved in a timely manner.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor’s in Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Management.

Post-graduation: MBA.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Asset operations, transaction reconciliation (Disbursal and Collection).
