About this role
- Work hand in hand with the client & Cognizant Architects
- Ensure adherence to the project plan/ schedule and delivery and quality.
- develop the design and build (install/ integration/ configuration) activities within Nuance Mix environments.
- Sprint demos
- The use of Nuance best practice recommendations
- Facilitates technology workshops with Customer to identify architectural implementation options related to the future state IVR platform.
- Knowledge of Conversational AI or Generative AI will be an added advantage.
