Marine Logistics - Consultant

About this role

• You will be contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
• You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution.
• You will interface at strategic level with customer.
• You should be able to provide inputs for Product Strategy definition and work on business alignment.
• You should have sound client and stakeholder management skills and experience in working in a Global Delivery Model.
• You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

• Strong knowledge and experience in marine shipping and logistics with depth in export/import/intermodal/vessel processes and related documentation.
• Proven experience in requirement analysis, business analysis, writing or contributing in requirement specification.
• Understanding user pain-points and suggesting system improvement ideas
• Experience of working closely with development teams and end users
• Good articulation skills and fluent in verbal and written English
• Experience to engage with business and IT stakeholders.
