• Sound knowledge of Product Life Cycle
• Good understanding of relevant standards like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 62304 and 17971
• Can execute on defined quality process and can suggest and bring changes as and when needed
• Experience of Defining Quality Process based on the standards.
• Drive the Process trainings to the Engineering teams.
• Guide the Engineering team on any process clarifications.
• Review the Documents produced for the compliance.
• Experience of Working on tools like Atlassian to validate different process and compliance requirements from the Project/Product Development Lifecycle
• Nice to have Validation and Development background
• Results oriented with the ability to work independently and self-manage.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Candidate must be highly motivated and outgoing.
• Good multi-tasking abilities
• Work with other business and technology leaders to drive the definition and refinement of the process intent backlog and partner with Delivery Leads and Program Managers to define and develop a comprehensive process excellence backlog.
• Prepare and present periodic projects’ compliance status reports to senior and executive leadership. Raise issues that will/may impact meeting of process standards
• Foster close collaboration across all team members (internal and external) while encouraging cross-team support and cooperation
