Inviting applications for the role of Manager Guidewire QA/Tester
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a play role of a Senior/Junior QA/Tester in our Insurance Platform Transformation practice and would be responsible for testing of Guidewire Insurance suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) , upstream and downstream applications and interfaces. Candidate will be working with Insurance SMEs, Business Analyst, integration developers to support end to end agile development lifecycle.
Qualifications We Seek In You
Functional e xperience and certification on Guidewire Insurance Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with t esting tools such as HP-QC, QTP/UFT, Selenium, Loadrunner etc.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Agile Development Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant years of Guidewire functional, integration, performance, and data conversion t esting experience
- Relevant years of experience on P&C Insurance Domain specifically around Policy, Claims and Billing
- Relevant years of experience on end to end testing lifecycle that includes test planning, test estimation, developing test scripts and test data to support functional, integration and conversion testing
- Preferable to have knowledge on Guidewire API testing
- Prior experience on test management tools like Jira, Zephyr, Confluence Quality Center
- Should have experience in creating Test Plan , test scenarios, test cases, test data and estimating testing effort for a specific scope of wok
- Should have a good knowledge of SQL and able to write medium and complex SQL queries
- Prior experience on developing and using test automation fra meworks
- Prior experience t esting applications from legacy to latest technologies like Mainframe, Oracle Apps, Web based applications, Portals, IoS and Android apps
