About this role
Job PurposeOperate and maintenance of Airfield Ground Lighting systems and ensuring 100% availability on 24X7 basis for uninterrupted operations of RGIA as per DGCA/ICAO guidelines and compliances. Predictive & break down maintenance with the assistance of SAP PM module to provide a safe, timely & economical maintenance and repair service and compliance to all regulatory and statutory bodies. Ensuring the execution of special projects timely and without effecting the day to day operations.

Airfield Ground Lighting Maintenance.
- Operation & maintenance of Airfield Ground lighting system
- Timely completion of preventive maintenance activities.
- Daily monitoring of the AGL Equipment’s insulation report.
Adherence to Preventive maintenance schedules SAP PPM completion report
Analysis of repeated failures and breakdowns by using various maintenance tool like Root cause analysis Complaint management and breakdowns
Spares Management, SAP coding and vendor management Availability of spares, PR process, code creation for new spares and low cost/local vendors
Develop BOQ budget and quality plans for CAPEX & OPEX budget AOP
Adhering to stranded codes of practices to meet the DGCA/ICAO compliance like Photo metric testing, PAPI calibration etc
Compliance Report
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interaction and follow up with AMC and CMCs
Interaction with DGCA and AAI
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interaction with AOCC, AOPS, TOPs and Duty Teams on regular basis for maintenance activities, operational issues and special projects, Interaction and follow up with P&C team and stores for spares and inventory.
Interaction with legal team for Statutory compliance,
Interaction with FMS for building facilities

B. Tech - Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Relevant Experience
9-13 years of experience in the Electrical maintenance in large infrastructure. with at least 5 years in AGL System
