In this role, Candidate will be responsible for all the ERM activity for US Wealth Management and needs to have deep knowledge on primary governing bodies overseeing the entire end to end process.
we are looking for someone that can implement and execute a robust program to provide assurance that the work is being executed completely accurately and according with the contractual obligations. Wealth Management experience is very important as the business is complex and there are many factors related to regulatory impacts and Operational complexities.
Responsibilities
- Operational risk compliance – Process controls, risk assessments, report out and management.
- Contractual compliance – Ensuring MSA adherence with audits on key requirements.
- Error analysis and process improvement
- Set governance rigor - Regular status update and review with leadership team.
- Facilitating and leading internal & external audits
- Should be responsible to front end the discussions relating to compliance .
- Lead team of Risk & Compliance managers to achieve risk activities agreed for vertical.
- Project management skills and presentation skills - Excel, PowerPoint
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/ master’s degree in finance, Banking stream, Business or Risk Management (or Equivalent Professional qualification)
- Suitable experience in Enterprise Risk Management, related Financial Institution
- Strong Written/Verbal communications skills; experience interfacing with and presenting to management.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills with an ability to quickly grasp areas of relevance.
- Relevant d omain Knowledge and Regulatory knowledge (Mentioned below) for Wealth Management
- Should have at relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management
