We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, a leading cloud-based financial planning and analytics platform. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial planning processes using Workday Adaptive.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration and customization of Workday Adaptive Planning modules based on business requirements.
- Support senior analysts in conducting user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective utilization of the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Perform system testing and participate in quality assurance activities to validate configurations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding system functionalities and data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards using Workday Adaptive Reporting tools to support management decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial planning and analysis principles is preferred.
- Prior internship or coursework experience with Workday Adaptive or similar financial planning software is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
