Lead Requirements Engineer

About this role

• Ability to do requirements management and bridge with the Agile team & Product owners, Product Managers.
• Strong experience on requirements management software like IBM DOORs
• Ability to refine the requirements to technical level .
• To manage the requirements on software projects, ensuring they are fully documented and traceable in line with the Requirements Management Plan.
• Capture all stakeholder requirements.
• Validate requirements with respect to Stakeholder Requirements - both internal and external.
• Review Requirements with all stakeholders (PO’s, Architects, Test Leads)
• Comfort with deep technical details as well as high-level business goals and customer needs.
• Create and maintain product specification documents for internal and customer approval.
• Experience with balancing of different stakeholder expectations
• Identification of priorities and conflicts
• Compliance with guidelines
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others,
• Excellent written and communication skills in English language Note: German language will be an added advantage.
• An Analytical person who is self-reliant, pro-active with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ensure the specifications and software requirements are under change and configuration management including state, version and authorization status
• Ensure consistency and completeness in the Software Requirements Specification (with reference to user requirements and final environment of application)
