About this role

• ABS, ESP, ADAS & EPS Systems Functional validation, Performance,Reliability testing and evaluation on Vehicles.
• Vehicle level testing & validation of Chassis & Active Safety - ABS, ESP, ADAS & EPS systems
• Test planning, test case preparation,Result analysis & Reporting.
• Failures diagnosis and route cause analysis.
• Vehicle instrumentation for various test execution.
• Test validation plan preparation for Chassis & Safety w.r.t various stages in product development life cycle.
• Field failure analysis & PDCA (Plan Do Check & Act) cycle development.
• Validation concerns reporting & tracking for closure.
• Support to develop test cases, scenarios etc with respect to customer usage profile, field failures etc.

• Extensive knowledge of Vehicle based networking and communication protocols(e.g. CAN,CAN-FD, J1939, FlexRay,Ethernet, LIN, SPI, I2C, FPD-III, MOST)
• Exposure to Automotive Sensor, Camera, Radar & Lidar etc
• Proficient with CAN Flashing, logging & Diagnostics tools
• Understanding of Microcontroller/ Microprocessor and interpretation of data sheet
• Working Knowledge of ASPICE, V Model Based System Development.
• Significant experience in a Systems Testing role across the product lifecycle
