Responsibilities & Key Deliverables- To strategize and plan Automotive diagnostics process & tools for the evolving automotive technologies.
- To plan for suitable diagnostic tools and processes for the after-sales dealer network towards enhancing the accuracy and speed of troubleshooting and enhancing customer experience.
- To conceive suitable tools for assembly line EOL processes in meeting the TACT time requirements
- Plan & Develop diagnostic tools and processes for After-sales network
- Plan & Develop EOL tools for manufacturing plants
- Coordinate for Prognostics with multiple systems and cloud integration
- Develop Remote Diagnostic process with multiple system teams
- EV diagnostics
- Knowledge of Automobiles and its operation
- Knowledge of manufacturing process and assembly lines
- Knowledge of after-sales dealership /workshop process
- Knowledge of after-sales diagnostic & repair process
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools and software
