About this role

• In this role, you would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a Java/Database environment.  
• You would be responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining Java applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
  
  

• Work with tech lead and Product Owner to review, estimate, prioritize User r equirements
• Write well-designed, efficient code.
• Work in L2, L3 production support.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debug other team member’s code.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues in a timely manner .
• Good understanding of database architecture, SQL and DB design.
• Schedule product releases with internal teams.
• Documentation and working on code improvement throughout sprints.
• Ensure applications have great performance .
• Actively participate in discussion and make proposals to improve the quality of software.
• Mentor and lead other developers on technology, good practices.
  
  

• BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Assign, prioritize and execute tasks based on SDLC
• React knowledge preferable
  
  

• W ork experience as a Senior Java Developer or similar role
• Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications
• In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks Spring
• Able to delegate and time management skills
• Proactive
• Highly motivated and passionate about technology and meeting new challenges
• Responsible and reliable
• Have a sense of ownership of tasks assigned to deliver them with quality and on time
• Problem-solving skills
• Quality oriented - knowledgeable about good practices of software development
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and agile fast-paced work
• Proficient with Java (Java11 preferably)
• Working knowledge of Spring /Spring batch framework
• Good knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Flexible to work in shift
