In this role, you will be responsible to do the administration of various industry best tools (Ex. Solarwind, LogicMonitor, ISE, Tufin etc.) which are operational in to Genpact environment for infrastructure monitoring.
You will work with various internal stakeholders to fulfill their monitoring requirement by using the above tools.
You need work on all such opportunities which are repetitive in nature and find out scope to automate the same and which can help to add the efficiency to operations.
You will be expected to look Tools as overall service and define metric to measure efficiency/outcome of tools & automation as function.
You will work with various OEM’s technically and represent the Genpact technically
Your role will be Technical and expected to work on ground at micro level on each Tools, resolving the technical issues of tools and ensuring the smooth sustenance of tools will be your key KRA.
You will be expected to work development team and take key decision to enable the automation on ground.
Identifying the current challenges and putting strategy and solution to fix those will be key responsibility
You will be expected to work with OEM and find out the right tools/solution for open issues or to mitigate the challenge.
Responsibilities
- Technical SME for tools, ensuring the smooth coverage and sustenance of tool
- Mapping the Infrastructures needs with tools deliverables and ensure effectiveness on ground
- Work with internal /external team, understand their requirement and how it tools & automation can help to deliver the result effectively
- Holding the technical ground at micro level for any kind of open issues related to tools & automation
- Playing accountable role for tools & automation vertical
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Graduate in engineering/IT
- Certification of Solarwind or any monitoring tools
- Hands-on experience of implementing & supporting the tools (Solarwind, LogicMonitor,
- Candidate must have work experience of scripting and relevant tools (Python, Chef etc.)
- Candidate should have basic understanding of network which are needed to implement the tools and automation on ground
- Candidate should have good knowledge of SQL
- Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication.
