About this role
Technical requirements:- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant Citrix infrastructure support experience equivalent to Level 3 admin and above role
- Citrix Infrastructure knowledge includes XenDesktop, PVS servers, Director, XenApp, Store front
- Citrix infrastructure install, configure, maintain and trouble shoot core server issues
- Experience in handling bigger infrastructure and end user base
- Understanding of Basic Networking, DNS, VLAN, Subnets, Active Directory users, groups, service accounts, OUs, GPOs
- Understand and run powershell scripts
- VMware ESXI, vCenter ? Good to have
- Hardware: HP Moonshot, Dell Blade servers? Good to have
- Adhere Risk & compliance guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility in work hours and ready to support weekend
- 5 days work from UBS Pune office
- Efficient in managing the work load, take quick decisions confidently and highlight challenges on time
