Key Responsibilities : Deploy the latest process workflows into production system using K2 deploy and package tools Trouble shoot the systems and involve in process debugging and bug fixing when needed Manage the user permissions, grant/ deny the permissions based on user roles Monitor the ServiceNow portal and resolve the eSPRINT support tickets Respond to client users functional technical questions related to eSprint system Perform the technical audit for the eSprint system on quarterly basis and make sure the user roles assignments are up to date Mange the user permissions for client Share point portal Involve in testing of K2 artifacts and workflow systems Develop Fine tune the client database systems

Technical Experience : Should have more than good relevant experience in K2 Blackpearl,Develop or create the reports using K2 reporting framework,Monitor the eSprint Power BI dashboard and manage the user permissions to it,Develop the Power BI visualizations as per the user requirements,Fine tune the client database systems using MS SQL Server Develop the customized system utilities for client applications using Net and Java Script Design develop the web services and web APIs for client systems Migrate the legacy on prim workflows to Microsoft Azure Involve in the Azure development for client applications Integrate K2 workflow solutions with SharePoint
