• Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot microservices using Java 11 or higher to support various business functionalities.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.
• Integrate and configure Camunda workflow management tool to automate and streamline business processes.
• Implement rules engines like Drools or OpenL to enforce business rules and logic.
• Configure and customize rules engines to meet specific business requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the implemented workflow management and rules engine solutions.
• Familiarity with underwriting systems or experience in implementing UW workbench solutions.
• Implement event-driven microservices architecture using Kafka
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and fault-tolerance of the event-driven microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to Java, Spring Boot, workflow management, rules engines, underwriting systems, Kafka, and event-driven microservices.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Spring Boot microservices using Java 11 or higher.
• Strong proficiency in React and building user interfaces.
• Familiarity with workflow management tools like Camunda, Activiti, or jBPM
• Experience implementing rules engines like Drools or OpenL
• Familiarity with underwriting systems or experience in implementing UW workbench solutions.
• Expertise in Kafka and event-driven microservices
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
