You will be working as Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst and will be part of Finance Services Business Area for Finance Transformation Program Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and will be responsible for providing good support to implement S4 Hana across various countries/business areas & divisions. To aid testing, validation and implementation of Management Reporting tools.
Your responsibilities
- Having good understanding of SAP with knowledge of FI/CO Modules
- Understanding month end closing activities for different respective business / functions
- Having knowledge of overhead under or over absorption
- Being responsible for reconciliation of financial data and business information
- Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements
- Maintaining manuals as required
- Working collaboratively along with the team/business partners/stakeholders
- Working proactively on solutioning with a keenness to absorb and implement changes
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred
- Experience in MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries
- Fluent in English
