Financial Controller

About this role

• Finance professional having an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices with experience in controlling
• First experiences in current business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP Analytical Clouds) and interest to expand these skills
• Familiar in using MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
• Open-mindedness and communication skills, the ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills required

• Ensuring accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-Financial Reporting Guidelines plus the local GAAP requirements.
• Reporting monthly project financial data and align with all stakeholders to align on individual project budgets and way forward
• Complete P&L management and variance analysis. Assisting in statutory, internal, and cost audits for books closure
• Controlling and reporting of the headcount of a fast-growing organization to product owners
• Analysis of deviations months over months and assessment of adequacy of budgets and strategic planning
• Identify and implement opportunities for process standardizations and improvements
• Support in digitalization initiatives
• Undertaking other reporting and planning tasks as possible and required
• Preparation of internal and external presentations as required
• Monitoring of Key KPI’s for business
• Provide analytical information/reports on local operations to India / HQ. Manage and recommend and implement timely and appropriate action plan.

• Graduate in Accounting with 4-5 years of experience in Finance controlling, accounting etc.
