About this role
Technical Skills :-- Setting machining process parameters for production
- Development of parts / product in HPDC (High pressure die casting) , LPDC (Low pressure die casting )& GDC (Gravity die casting ) casting processes
- Prepare and examine required Fixtures, Tools & Gauges design & ensure the development for same as per required quality & part/product requirements.
- Establishing the machining program and parameters for the VMC, CNC, HMC.VTL,SPM.
- Supplier capacity assessment & ramp up to the required rate of production.
- Ensure first time right development & quality for the part / product.
- Execute required processes at supplier in casting, Machining, Measuring & Test equipment.
- Prepare production & quality documents viz. Process flow diagram, Control Plans, FMEA & Conduct MSA studies at supplier.
- Ensure first time right PSW & PPAP.
- Assessing the part development and supplier as per APQP gateways & milestones.
