We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IBM Watson Orchestrate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation development and a deep understanding of IBM Watson Orchestrate. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex workflow solutions that improve business processes and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced workflow automation solutions using IBM Watson Orchestrate.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and maintain automation workflows, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and reliable.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on workflow automation best practices.
Integrate IBM Watson Orchestrate with other IBM Cloud services and third-party applications to create end-to-end automation solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to workflow automation.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in workflow automation and IBM Watson technologies.
Document technical designs, processes, and workflows for reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

5-6 years of experience in workflow automation development, with a focus on IBM Watson Orchestrate.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex workflow automation solutions.
Strong knowledge of IBM Cloud services and integration patterns.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
