Primary Skill: Image Building,Secondary Skill: Image Management.
Ø Proficient in Win Win 10,11 operating systems and good knowledge of file systems and registries
Ø Good in technical trouble shooting and problem solving
Ø Proficient in Application Compatibility Tool Kit
Ø Familiarity in using VMWare and Ghost Images
Ø Experience in VB & Powershell scripting
Ø Remediating compatibility issues in win 10/ win 11
Ø Experienced in handling complex and very complex applications
Ø Must have Knowledge in application Re-Packaging, Application Compatibility testing and Software Distribution
Ø Should able to handle all technical customer escalations
Roles And Responsibilities
Ø Provide technical consultancy and solution support to team in related area of technology.
Ø Trouble shoot and resolved technical issues
Ø provide project consultancy
Ø Keep up to date with the technological changes in the area of application Re-Packaging, image building, image management and distribution
Ø Develop best practices/ process documents in collaboration with the team
Ø Ability to think multi technology and bring wider solutions
Ø Strong domain knowledge of End User Work place management
Ø Strong team player
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ø Pro- active approach, strong team players,
Ø Strong facilitation skills, proven ability to conduct/lead application discussion sessions
Ø Strong problem solving skills including critical thinking, analysis, negotiation, Ability to work well under pressure and work on multiple projects
