• CONTENT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT
• Execute the content production and management plan to serve specified business objectives
• Interface with Business, Search Marketing and Analytics
• Support the search marketing team to win search rankings for a large keyword portfolio
• Regularly update oneself with the latest tools, technologies, and trends
• Knowledge on content management for Apps
• PROCESSES AND CONTENT PERFORMANCE
• Study the global best practices
• Contribute ideas to refine workflow and processes
• Track and analyze content metrics related to production, reach, traffic, consumption, and engagement
• Continuously track content performance (impact on business and RoI)
• Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion rates through content

• A penchant for writing, editing and storytelling
• Understanding of how content can drive business in Apps
• Hands-on experience working on large content marketing programs
• Ability to manage content at scale for multiple channels, devices, and formats especially mid- to long-form articles and short-length videos
• Proven experience in managing a loyal subscriber base
• Mobile-first thinking
• Exposure to using data and analysis to improve content performance
• Comfort with marketing technology platforms

• 3 to 5 years of total experience preferably in a high-growth, digital native company
• Education in mass communication, journalism, media; MBA a plus
