Study electronic schematics ,Circuit diagrams and electrical specs for PCBA's/ components.
Troubleshoot and repair circuit boards assemblies.
Analyze, Debug, test to find the fault/defect on PCBA.
Use of quality tools for Root cause analysis & initiate & implement corrective & preventive actions.
Make and Maintain Debug guide based on data, defect trend.
Compilation of Debug data/reports and responsible for data analysis.
Coordinate with Production team to reduce/eliminate defects.
Maintain and improve 5s on shop.
Perform Mirror Man function in PCBA assembly area to arrest defects during manufacturing process.
Identify unsafe conditions and report the same.
Needs to work in 3 shifts
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
Knowledge of electronic circuits (Analog as well as Digital) & electronic components passive as well as Active.
Problem solving Skills.
Use of Measuring equipment's
Your success is grounded in having:
Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & telecommunication with 3 to 5 years of related experience.
BE Electronics, Electronics & telecommunication with 2 to 4 years of related experience.
