Key responsibilities

Highly accountable for INC resolution with SLA with coordination across teams

closing Day to Day Network Infrastructure requirement raised by Business

Monitor day-to-day operations and management for customer (LAN & WAN) Network infrastructure.
Configuring, Troubleshooting & Maintaining DC LAN and DC Interconnect WAN Networks.
Managing and monitoring Wireless Network infrastructure
Network protocol configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
On-Demand Cisco IOS and Aruba OS Updating and hotfixes
Responsible for implementing best practice/hardening
Managing and monitoring of log files of network devices
Performance Management & Optimization
Coordination with multiple vendors
Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets.
Plan and schedule for change management.
Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents
Good Communication skills.

Technical Skills

Primary Skill (Must to Have)

Cisco Switching 9300,9400,9600 Stacking, VSS, VSL
Routing - Routing: - BGP, OSPF, Redistribution
