- Monitor day-to-day operations and management for customer (LAN & WAN) Network infrastructure.
- Configuring, Troubleshooting & Maintaining DC LAN and DC Interconnect WAN Networks.
- Managing and monitoring Wireless Network infrastructure
- Network protocol configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- On-Demand Cisco IOS and Aruba OS Updating and hotfixes
- Responsible for implementing best practice/hardening
- Managing and monitoring of log files of network devices
- Performance Management & Optimization
- Coordination with multiple vendors
- Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets.
- Plan and schedule for change management.
- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents
- Good Communication skills.
- Cisco Switching 9300,9400,9600 Stacking, VSS, VSL
