About the role: Evangelize and demonstrate value and impact of analytics for informed business decision making by developing and deploying analytical solutions and providing data driven insights to business stakeholders to understand and solve for Human resource team.
Expectations/ Requirements
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data from various sources, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), employee surveys, performance evaluations, and recruitment metrics
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and produce comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights on HR trends, workforce analytics, talent management, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into analytical projects and data-driven solutions
- Data Interpretation: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for HR leaders
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement within HR functions and suggest strategies to enhance HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational performance
- HR Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track key HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and making recommendations to improve HR performance
- HR System Enhancements: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure HR systems and tools are optimized for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Change Management: Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and change management processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of new strategies
- Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
- Any other adhoc project and program management as per the business need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Data/ Business Analyst
- Should have good knowledge of excel, DAX, Understand data consolidation and verification process
- Reporting Skills, Forecasting, Quantitative Diagnosis, Analyzing Information, Statistical Analysis with proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or HR Analyst role
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders
- Self-starter with a strong onus on project ownership
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capable of demonstrating good business judgment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
