Designation – Customer Support Associate (Voice process-Non Technical)
Shift – Rotational Shift
Week Off - Rotational
Training period – 45 Days ( Stipend INR 300 per day) – This will be released after successful completion of Training certification.
Those who do not clear Training assessment will not be eligible for any amount
Qualification – Graduates or Under Graduates
Telugu & English – 70 required (Stipend in hand – INR 12000 per month)
Malayalam & English – 50 required (Stipend in hand – INR 13500 per month)
Kannada & English – 25 required (Stipend in hand – INR 16000 per month)
Job Description :
- Mode of work: Work from Office
- Training – 20 Days (INR 300/- per day)· Salary - CTC 164247/- PA
- Working days: 6 with 1 day rotational off (last logout for women would be 6-7PM and for men it would be between 10-12PM)
- Preferred Candidates: Immediate Joiners and candidates with a Notice Period not more than 10 days
- Preferred Languages: Telugu or Malayalam or Kannada & English
- Qualification Required: Only Graduates
- Cab details: Candidates would be eligible for a drop in case the shift ends between 10-12PM (15KM radius from the office premises).
Only male employees would have the late-night log out while all the females will logout by 8-9PM or earlier.
