Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Salesforce Functional Testing

We are currently seeking a skilled Salesforce Functional Testing Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations through comprehensive functional testing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.
Design and execute functional test scenarios for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom solutions.
Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, and custom code to validate system functionality and data integrity.
Identify and document defects, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution through collaboration with developers and business users.
Participate in regression testing activities to validate new releases, patches, and system enhancements.
Provide expertise and guidance on testing best practices, methodologies, and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications we seek in you!

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in software testing or automation are a plus.
Proven experience in functional testing of Salesforce applications, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration, customization, and integration options.
Proficiency in creating and executing test cases using testing tools such as Salesforce Lightning Test Automation, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring high-quality deliverables and a positive user experience.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are desirable but not mandatory.
