As a Senior DevOps Engineer in Digital Engineering unit, you will be part of a fast-paced team designing, developing, integrating, and supporting integration solutions for some of our Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage your formal education in the relevant field and your professional experience to apply professional concepts to work on targeted tasks. Responsibilities
- We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Automation Testing Consultant to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance of Salesforce implementations through automated testing methodologies.
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive automated test scripts.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom solutions.
- Implement test automation frameworks and strategies tailored to the Salesforce platform, leveraging tools such as Selenium, Salesforce DX, or Salesforce Test Automation.
- Execute automated tests to validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, custom code, and integrations, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
- Analyse test results and collaborate with developers and business users to identify and prioritize defects for resolution.
- Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the testing and deployment process for Salesforce applications.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for automated testing within the Salesforce ecosystem, including test data management, environment setup, and maintenance.
- Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in software testing or automation are a plus.
- Proven experience in automated testing of Salesforce applications, including hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration, customization, and integration options.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript, with experience in writing automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Salesforce DX, Salesforce Test Automation, or similar tools for test automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot test automation scripts and identify root causes of failures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are desirable but not mandatory.
