Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Network

Responsibilities

Be the primary Incident management – Trouble shoot and resolve all network incidents
Raise ticket with product vendors and coordinate to resolve issues
Perform periodic configuration backup and restore as per policy
Execution of iOS Upgrades, security patches and bug fixes
Strong Experience on WLAN installation and Management
Monitoring and managing F5 Load balancers
Perform activities related to standard changes and change management activities (e.g. creatin change requests, prepare for change create scripts, configuration files etc.), following change process and procedures.
Maintain network asset information and update network topology diagrams periodically
Handling the task of managing LAN, WLAN and WAN infrastructure (Cisco) Firewalls (Palo Alto) and WAN Links
Strong Knowledge in SDWAN management
Should be involved in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues
Should have proven communication skills and experience in handling bridge call. Available for after-hours critical escalations and provide 7×24 supports when required

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications/Skills

Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge in LAN, WAN, SDWAN, F5 Load balancers and Cisco WLAN
Strong experience in CISCO Network support – Troubleshooting and projects
Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or similar

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong communicator – English in spoken and written form
