Inviting applications for the role of Consultant -Data-Tech-AI!

In this role, you will be part of a team supporting our Data-Tech-AI Partners and/or Directors to lead and execute strategic projects, with leading companies, to drive transformation through our Digital, Analytics and Consultative capabilities with our industry leading methodologies.

Responsibilities

Provide relationship management support and leverage to Transformation Services Partners such as managing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and documenting actions/follow-ups.
Provide business development support and leverage to Transformation Services Partners
Create & edit PowerPoint presentations, solidify business requirements, and design solutions.
Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients.
Partner with clients to provide analysis and identify/document improvement opportunities.
Leverage our standard methodologies in the delivery and implementation of project/program scope to drive business value for our clients.
Handle project management activities including planning, reporting scope management, dependencies, risks, issues, costs, and resources in the project.
Execute project activities and produce deliverables in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in the either of the following disciplines: Engineering, Business, finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or data management
Experience with MIRO, Jira, MS Visio, and various project management applications
Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
Banking technology/transformation/consulting for Banking & Financial Services (including any of the following: Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, etc.
Professional Digital Consulting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
Excellent presentation skills – in person & virtually
Ability to work effectively in team environments.
Able to create & maintain relationship easily
Ability to thrive in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in BPM Solution/Implementation (e.g. PEGA, Appian), CRM (Salesforce)
Experience in intelligent automation and GenAI Solution/Implementation
Domain experience in Account Opening/Onboarding, KYC-AML, Lending, Servicing, Risk, etc. across banking & financial services products (either business, technology, or operations transformation
Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques
Knowledge of project planning techniques
