About this role
- Minimum exp 5-7 years,
- Application development using Cisco call studio, Voice XML, including Java/J2EE interface development and implementation.
- Hands on experience in Cisco Call studio tool and IVR application development.
- Cisco ICM scripting hands on experience.
- Strong IVR development experience using Voice XML, JSP and Spring MVC.
- Good hands on experience in java, JSP applications, routing and CTI integration and implementation.
- Core java + REST/SOAP automation and development .
- The resources will be expected to work on enhancements/projects/automation/defect fixes endeavor.
- Experience and in depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Contact Center Enterprise solution portfolio is a must
