About this role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Change and Release Manager.
- Experience of working in an IT/Technical environment with good understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.
- Strong Service Management process knowledge and experience (ITIL4 is preferred).
- Constantly improve the Change & Release Management process keeping user centricity and industry best practices.
- Strong experience of preparing reports, dashboards and quality presentations reporting major issues related to changes to senior management (Change manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate both technical and non-technical levels.
- Strong ability to influence and build working relationships with key stakeholders and internal stakeholders.
- ServiceNow experience is highly preferred.
