Job Role : RPA Support engineerThe candidate must ready for working on different shifts
Work location is Bangalore
Minimum 2-4 years
worked on Automation Anywhere V11 & A360,
IQBotWorked on Migration from V11 to A30 is added advantage
Ready to work and identify bugs in existing Bots and work closely with user and share periodic update with user and meet SLA
Must used following AA features in project (SAP Automation, API automation, Web automation, Desktop automation, Mainframe automation and IQBot automation)
Good knowledge in Control Room activities(Audit Log, User creation, Role setup, license allocation, Bot packaging and deployment, Credentials Vault setup and modification, Bot scheduling)
