About this role
The associate will be working on the production support team that will involve analysis and defect fixes. The role also includes support activities for production batch testing. The associate will be working general & Malaysia shift on a rota basis. The production fix involves coding in RPGLE and CL. The support activities involved running and monitoring Robot batch jobs. The associate will also be working on the documentation of the Root cause analysis and release notes. The work location will be MEPZ Chennai. When the project completes, they will be moved into other projects internally. The associate is expected to work independently on the technical aspects. Required guidance will be provided by the leads.Employee Status : Full Time Employee
