Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Digital Transformation
In this role , you will handle large global deployment programs (technology services products) including customer education, setting expectations, process definition, establishing appropriate thresholds, relationship building, on-site implementation workshop delivery, and project management meeting facilitation, be a strategic partner in influencing decisions for the future.
Responsibilities
Ø Responsible for overall direction, strategic leadership in PTP/OTC F&A transformation
Ø Ability to work in complex and challenging client environment (diversified org structure, ERPs, business processes)
Ø Practical exposure to Lean Six Sigma and Quality tools.
Ø Strong cross functional expertise, multiyear transformation roadmap required to be executed which includes COE creation, digital implementation, etc
Ø Build depth in solution offering - Point Solutions, Technology offerings
Ø Lead generation of Benchmarks and Insights across the broad spectrum
Ø Lead Diagnostics and Transformation initiatives, act as Coach and Mentor to the Genpact and Client teams
Ø Identify opportunities to improve the business processes and deliver business impact to client by driving standardization, consolidation, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, for making processes more efficient and effective
Ø Identifying key process gaps and deviations
Ø Work closely with client SMEs/Continuous Improvement team and Genpact’s Transformation Leader to develop and drive the transformation agenda that would broadly cover project identification, prioritization, analysis, delivery and governance.
Ø Bring program management approach and rigor to the delivery of projects
Ø Ensuring customer deliverables and project timelines are met
Ø Data Analysis and analytics to support business decisions
Ø Assist in Leadership Review Packages
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Ø F Degree or equivalent professional qualification
Ø F&A experience-demonstrating a proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects.
Ø Ability to interact with senior leaders and their Direct Report(s) level members in client organizations; ability to network with key stakeholders effectively and build lasting relationships.
Ø Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment, collaboratively.
Ø Influencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-set, strategic thinking
Ø Communicates clearly and with an inclusive style.
Ø Ability to manage change effectively; uses straightforward and structured arguments to gain buy in from others.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or accounting qualification - CA/ CFA/ CPA/ CMA/ICWA preferred.
- Master Black Belt or Black belt certification from reputed institute.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of accounting principles, systems and procedures.
