Assistant Vice President, Global Process Owner, Procure to Pay-CPG052778

About this role

• Develop a complete global understanding of the Procure to Pay processes, apply industry leading practices, and serve as the lead person for the specific process domain, guiding the businesses in process delivery and transformation.
• Identify key performance indicators for the process and monitor the overall health of the process using these indicators.
• Build depth in solution offering - Point Solutions, Technology offerings. Lead generation of Benchmarks and Insights across the broad spectrum.
• Own agreed and prioritized transformation initiatives by collaborating with Business, Service Line, Regional, and Global LDT leadership.
• Lead Diagnostics and Transformation initiatives, act as Coach and Mentor to the Genpact and Client teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve the business processes and deliver business impact to client by driving standardization, consolidation, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, for making processes more efficient and effective.
• Support large global change programs and ensure they are successfully delivered and adopted by the business, post implementation.
• Consult, select, prioritize, and lead change initiatives identified for PTP, using business process improvement tools and techniques to drive continuous improvements.
• Support ERP and other system implementation teams in validating and executing business specific requirements.
• Offer independent domain knowledge, as to what practices and digital tools are available in the marketplace and therefore comparable to any Genpact solutions for implementation.
• Collaborate with other tower GPOs within Genpact to ensure effective ways of working across towers and identify cross tower pain points and identify resolutions.
• Ensure a constant awareness of client business changes, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Build effective relationships with senior Client leaders across markets / regions / group.
• Pursue and obtain client sponsorship to run specific projects to deliver operational efficiency / control improvements.
• Develop and track implementation of Transformation Program working with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely implementation.
• Ensure the performance of global teams and alignment to overall program objectives .
• Manage and resolve exceptions and escalations.
• Manage client relationships and act as a single point of contact for the overall engagement.
  
  

• Meaningful work experience in core Finance proficiencies PTP ( Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, Risk, etc.)
• Digitally savvy with high levels of consultative selling skills and Applied AI experience.
• Comprehensive experience with ERPs, SaaS products i.e., Ariba/Coupa/Ariba/Salesforce/SAP and an affinity to support the development and harmonization of supporting IT tools / environments.
• Boundaryless Collaboration – Able to operate in a complex org structure and collaborate with multiple stakeholders globally.

• CA/CWA/CS/MBA from Top institutes
• Relevant years of Experience in PTP/STP with significant knowledge in Technology and Commercial off-the-shelf products like Coupa, Tungsten, Trade shift and SAP etc.
• Previous senior leadership experience in digital transformation, solution design, FI, or process consulting with impact on delivery.
• Global exposure with consistent record of accomplishment for digital projects: Robotics, AI, automation, Analytics
• Excellent communication and influencing skills. Communicate to senior leaders in simple terms, to drive resolution & decisions.
• Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking & leadership with strong abilities in relationship management, flexibility/ adaptability, and accountability to targeted productivity/ outcome.
