About this role
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables- Maintenance (PM, CBM & Trouble Shooting) of Machining Centre (Makino/Mazak/AMS/BFW/LMW) with Fanuc & Siemens control & drives, SPM, GPM, Cleaning machines, Hydraulic press.
- Adequate Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi & Siemens), reading of program, modifications
- Trouble shooting & fault finding , rectification on all types of Machine Tools.
- Adequate Knowledge of IMS & OHSAS.
- Work on experience on RCM, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance analysis, CBM, TBM
- System Knowledge -SAP PM module, MS office, Good in PPT.
- Work on Experience on TPM, TQM.
- Adequate Knowledge of Legal, statutory requirements.
- Adequate Knowledge of Spare Management.
- Managing manpower & developing their capability
