Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Digital Design!

Responsibilities

Create digital assets using appropriate tools.
Design invites and event collaterals, flyers (digital formats), and reports (long form and short form across digital formats).
Interpret creative briefs to deliver high-quality work that meets the brief’s goals.
Maintain the quality of design throughout all phases for a variety of projects assigned.
Follow directions and propose new conceptual ideas for various projects.
Work closely with Designers and Directors to ensure design work exceeds expectations.
Ensure that the designs adhere to the brand guidelines.
Generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns for brand success and promotion.
Design digital HTML display ads developed in either Adobe Animate/Photoshop (for animated ads) or Illustrator/Photoshop (for static ads).

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Graduate with Relevant years of experience working on projects alone and/or with a team.
Proven expertise in creating digital collaterals like display ads.
Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, and After Effects.
Foundational skills in branding and scalable design systems.
Quick at learning the creative process.
Agency and Design studio experience.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
