Your typical day will involve optimizing Mainframe applications for better performance and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Optimize Mainframe applications for better performance and ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Provide technical support to end-users and ensure customer satisfaction.
