Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : Handle L1/L2 support end-user issues/requests in ITSM System Script knowledge eg batch script, VB script responsible for specialised in App Packaging 2Basics of SCCM like deployments, application package creation in SCCM app packaging tools Incident and 3Change management Compliance management able to handle 5-6 application upgradation request per month4Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application..

Technical Experience : : 1Candidate should have 6 years of experience in SCCM: App Packaging deployments Knowledge of Windows 7/10 Image Build including migration solutions2Group policies, Security feature like Bitlocker3Credential and Device guard, Defender, MDT integrations, etc Have understanding / working knowledge on Technologies like Office 365, Intune, Azure, Application Packaging, and Virtualization technologies 4Knowledge of processes for Software Distribution processes and toolsets Applications/Package
