Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP HCM Payroll applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Payroll, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of SAP Payroll schema and configuration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HCM Time Management. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
