Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop and test code. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, managing risks and issues effectively. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and related modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules. - Strong understanding of SAP PM business processes and integration with other modules. - Experience in leading and managing SAP PM implementation projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP PM solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
