Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft ASP.NET and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using Microsoft ASP.NET, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for application development, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the timely delivery of projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
