Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing SAP UI5 solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of SAP UI5 solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in SAP UI5 development, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP UI5 development. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the development and implementation of SAP UI5 solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 development. - The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
