Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP FI CO Finance, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work towards delivering high-quality solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and providing technical guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP FI CO Finance applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical guidance to the team. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring the development of technical skills and knowledge. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP FI CO Finance and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: -Full Life-cycle experience as a SAP FICO Consultant working on all facets from system design to post go live support preferred. - Must To Have Skills: 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FSCM, and SAP Treasury. - Strong understanding of SAP FI CO Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP FI CO Finance solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. - Expertise in the configuration, testing and implementation of Financial Accounting FI and Managerial Accounting - Solid grasp of SAP FI CO Finance best practices, including compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP FI CO Finance solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
