Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Reltio and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Reltio-based applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for application development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Reltio, with at least 5 years of experience in application development. - Strong understanding of application design and development principles, with experience in leading application development projects. - Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Solid grasp of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Reltio-based application development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
