Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless integration of software applications. - Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Tech Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Packaged Application Development. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications. - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
