Summary: As an Application Developer for Manufacturing Engineering MES, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the Manufacturing Engineering MES team to develop and maintain applications that support the manufacturing process. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Must show ability to create conceptual and detailed designs of MES Global template 2 Provide design guidance to developers and testers as an integrated part of an agile scrum process 3 Must show competence in ability to problem solve and work through complex situations 4 Must be able to configure and deploy MES software applications and systems 5 Ability to support, maintain, and enhance deployed software solutions Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Knowledge about shop floor functional processes & Industry standards (ISA95/88) 2 Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) & MO (Manufacturing Operations) concepts and systems 3 Must have experience of end to end implementation – right from requirement analysis, mapping these to technical design, development, testing and deployment and should have experience of multi-site implementation. 4 Design & development of interfaces between MES and ERP (ERP Integration) and shop floor systems (e.g OPC) integration 5 Must have worked on weighing and dispensing, GMBRs & Libraries, Characteristics and order network, MBR design, warehouse management, SCADA(OPC) MBR design & data historian MBR design 6 Must have worked on PAS-X administrative track like system administration, report & labels, Track & trace, data historian and SCADA administration 7 Should have worked on process development, track and trace, finite scheduling, KPIs, MSI 8 Should have experience in upgradation of PAS-X version 9 Knowledge of Pharmaceutical business process: Chemicals -WD, Solid bulk Mfg, packaging and other unit operations; Bio Pharma processes Additional Information: 1 Ability to build from good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues 2 Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively 3 Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers
