Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Your typical day will involve leading a team of application developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a team of application developers in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Ensure compliance with project requirements, including quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, and SAP Simple Finance. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. - Experience in leading teams of application developers in delivering complex projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
